He is survived by: his wife Linda Porter Woodard; his daughter Kathy Jo Robinson (Douglas); his granddaughter Rachel Rodgers (Richard); his great grandchild Emma Olivia Rodgers; his brother Brian Woodard (Janice); and his brother-in-law Bucky Jones.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to Elevate Church Building Fund, Windsor, VA.
