He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Morgan Arthur and Dimples Dora Arthur (Scott); his wife Faye Rice Arthur; and his sons, Michael Harry Arthur, Jr. and Richard Andrew Arthur.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Arthur Martin (Robert); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Harding (Chris), Brent Michael Martin and Sarah Elizabeth Arthur; his sister Linda Moseley; his close friend Betty Guerrero; and his nieces, Karen Moseley and Dixie Burkholder (Ben).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service (6500 Iron Bridge Rd, Richmond, VA 23234). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sunset Memorial Park (2901 W Hundred Rd, Chester, VA 23831).
