She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlotte Pruitt and Dewey Raynor; and her granddaughter Montana Haynes. She is survived by: her husband Gary Carter; her brothers, Danny Raynor (Cindy) and Barry Steve Raynor; her children, Robyn Haynes, Venus Hendrix (Morris) and Michelle Carter; her grandchildren, Jess Hendrix (Emma), Nolan Hendrix (Sarah) and Carter Haynes; her niece Amber Rivero; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Miley, Allyson and Brantley; her nephew Chris Raynor (Alicia); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Haylee, Mia, Anna and Charlotte.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mountain View Memorial Park (5970 Grassy Hill Rd, Boones Mill, VA 24065). Visitation was held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ringgold Baptist Church (4620 Ringgold Church Rd, Ringgold, VA 24586). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
