She is survived by: her children, George Kevin (Victoria), Sheila Marie Washington and Rosetta Renae Baylor (Rosey); her son-in-law Kenny M. Baylor Sr.; her grandchildren, Tosha Ngo, Tonya (Tony Vivian), Kenny M. Baylor Jr. (Amy) and Kalvin Baylor (Rebecca); her great grandchildren, Nathan, Heaven, George, Kaylee Baylor, Ophelia, Salomon Vivian and Bradley Ngo; her siblings, Lorraine Washington, Evelyn Gresham, Lois Spurlock (James), Cynthia (Lawrence Coles) and James Spurlock (Barbara); her sister-in-law Bertha Washington; and her children, Tyra Rodgers (Wilson), Debbie Little, Christopher Cox and Ian Farrington. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Owens Funeral Services (104 Green Chimneys Ct, Ashland, VA 23005). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mangohick Baptist Church (147 Mangohick Church Rd, Hanover, VA 23069).
